La Trobe University's Student Accommodation Houses have been coming to Woohah for their entertainment needs for the last 2 years. As we have grown to understand their needs and wants, our service levels have risen on each occasion. We received this absolutely humbling and amazing piece of feedback from a student organizer for a recent 'Pair Up in the Dark Party':
"My name is Cass, and I have been organizing Chisholm College social events for well over a year now and will continue to do so until I graduate at the end of the year. And, I just wanted to pass along my appreciation and thanks to yourself and your team. Woohah provided UV lights and a DJ (Carlo) plus his equipment for our event - Pair Up in The Dark on Thursday the 16th of March at Chisholm College, La Trobe University.
Yourself and your team, had been communicating with a couple people from my team - Alicia Kruske and Zoe Croucher. You guys were incredibly great to work with, and provided a smooth process for us in our event planning.
Coming from experience in attending Chisholm College social events for several years and then to organizing them, I would have to say that our most recent event was our most successful and we owe that in part to you and your team, particularly Carlo, who was an amazing DJ, our residents absolutely loved him. He provided great music which helped create a great vibe. Not to mention, from my perspective, he was super efficient in arriving early, setting up both his equipment for DJ-ing and the UV lights, and great to work with within our venue that isn't necessarily the best for providing enough power points etc. as I am sure you would have heard from Carlo. Plus he was super helpful in setting up his microphone for me to use for during our presentations, rather than me having to set up the speakers and microphone I bought to use instead.
I have only heard good feedback from our residents about our event, which I am super stoked and proud about. But I thought I should also pass along this feedback and my personal thanks and appreciation to you and your team, because our event certainly would not have been the success it was without you guys."
Well done to Carlo who continues to impress our clients and the management team here. From all accounts the glow and UV themed party went off with a bang.
